Yoga@Work

I love creating a private, small group experiences. Experiencing yoga together is a great way to strengthen bonds while taking care of our individual bodies and minds.

Yoga will help each participant improve balance and flexibility while alleviating muscle pain, anxiety, depression, and stress. From a work perspective, the mental benefits of yoga including increasing energy levels and improving concentration, productivity, morale, decision-making skills, creativity, and ability to multi-task.

Whether the group includes people new to yoga or have been practising for years, I will ensure each session works for all levels with modifications as necessary. I will listen and customise your experience for your goals.

Private, small group Yoga@Work classes are available as a 6-session package with classes taking place weekly.

Duration: 45 minutes per class (I can offer longer lessons for an additional fee, or shorter sessions to match your schedule)
Days and Times: To be arranged together
Props: I will create a class that doesn't require props, each student will simply need a yoga mat to participate
Group size: 10 people maximum
Investment: CI$120 per person for the 6 sessions
Payment: Due prior to the start of classes
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Classes must be cancelled and rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment. If a class is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, the session is forfeited. If I cancel a class less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be notified and a full refund for that class will be given.
